Addressing Access Issues in the Moxa App
If you have subscribed or paid for the Moxa app but are unable to access it, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:
1. Verify Your Subscription in the Apple Store
Make sure that your subscription to the Moxa app is active. To do this:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Look for Moxa in the list of your subscriptions. If it's listed here, your subscription is active.
2. Ensure You Have the Latest Version of the Moxa App

3. Hard Close and Restart the Moxa App
If the steps above don't resolve the issue, try hard closing the app and restarting it:
From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.
Swipe right or left to find the Moxa app preview.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
Restart the app.
