There are two ways of creating an account with the Moxa app, namely:
Sign in with Apple
Email
Your method to resolve login issues depends on the sign-in method you used to create your account.
Resetting Password for Sign in With Apple
'Sign in with Apple' is a fast, easy, and private way to sign in to third-party apps and websites using the Apple ID that you already have. This means you didn't create a new username for your account. You use your Apple ID username and password to login to the Moxa App. If you've forgotten your Apple ID password and are unable to sign in to Moxa, you should reset your Apple ID. For detailed instructions, visit Apple's support page.
Resetting Password with Sign in with Email
If you've forgotten your password and signed up via email, tap 'Forgotten Password' on the login screen, then enter the email address you used to register with Moxa. Remember, you can only reset your Moxa account if you created it with an email. You can't reset a password for a Single-Sign-On (SSO) Apple in Moxa. If you signed up for a Moxa account with this option, you need to go to Apple to reset your password.
If you're unable to find the email address you used to set up the account, try other phone numbers or recovery email addresses you might have used.
